OUR RETURN POLICY
At Reelwear Shop, we stand behind our pop culture streetwear. If your gear isn’t what you expected, you’ve got 15 days from delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags still attached
- In the original packaging
NO RETURNS ON:
Due to the nature of our limited-edition drops, we cannot accept returns on:
- Final sale items (marked as such at purchase)
- Custom or personalized urbanwear
- Any items without original tags
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Follow these steps to keep your return process smooth like your favorite TV show reruns:
STEP 1: REQUEST YOUR RETURN

STEP 2: WAIT FOR APPROVAL
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and email you:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Exchange options (if requested)
STEP 3: SHIP IT BACK
Once approved, send your return to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
STEP 4: GET YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped within 3 business days after return approval (standard shipping times apply)
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For our global fam (except Asia and select remote areas):
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Refunds will be in USD and may take 10-14 business days to appear on your statement
PRO TIP:
Consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we receive returns that get lost in transit.
